Regulatory position
Three of the six modules, as originally described on this site, would be regulated medical devices under the MHRA’s Ambient Voice Technology guidance of 29 July 2026 — which qualifies a product on its intended purpose and the claims its manufacturer makes, not on the technology. That is the first thing a competent adviser will check, so it is set out in full rather than left to be discovered.
The regulatory status page gives the module-by-module assessment, states plainly that no certification of any kind is held, and lists what reaching the NHS market would require — including the NHS England Ambient Voice Technology Supplier Registry, which listed 27 suppliers as at 21 August 2026.
What is not included
Stated plainly, because the list above is only meaningful next to this one. There is no operating company, no customer base, no revenue, no clinical software in production, and no regulatory approval or NHS accreditation. There is no patient data, no NHS contract or framework place, no clinical safety case (DCB0129/DCB0160), no UKCA or MHRA registration, and no staff or contractor arrangements to transfer.
Anything on this site describing product capability is a specification of intent, not a shipped feature, and the quotes on the homepage are illustrative examples rather than customer references.

Positioned as the first release
- AI Clinical Scribe: Our hero product that uses ambient AI to listen to patient-clinician conversations (with consent), transcribe them in real-time, and generate structured notes, summaries, and suggested SNOMED-CT/Read codes.
- AI Practice Manager Support: An intelligent co-pilot for Practice Managers that provides instant, accurate answers to natural language questions about NHS policies, CQC guidelines, and operational procedures.
- AI Patient Triage: Sorts incoming portal requests, appointment and prescription queries by type so they reach the right team faster. Designed to route on administrative category, with clinical prioritisation left to a clinician.
Positioned as later modules
- AI Predictive Analytics: Forecasts appointment demand and staffing pressure from a practice’s own activity patterns, so rotas and capacity can be planned before bottlenecks build.
- AI Differential Diagnosis Assistant: A clinician-facing reference that would surface differential diagnoses from recorded symptoms and history. This is the one module that is unambiguously a regulated medical device, and it could not be released without UKCA conformity assessment.
- AI Coding & Billing Assistant: Analyses consultation transcripts and clinical data to automatically suggest the most appropriate billing codes.
